How much does a premium account cost?
Only $0.99 a month if you pay monthly, or $9.99 a year if you pay annually. An annual subscription saves you 16%. Please note that Didiom Pro iPhone Edition is only available on an annual subscription basis ($9.99 a year) from Apple’s App Store.

I set up a free account and downloaded Didiom Pro on my BlackBerry/Windows phone. How do I upgrade to a premium account?
Log in to your account here, click "My Account," and change your subscription plan from free to premium. If you select PayPal as your payment method, you will be redirected to the PayPal site. When your payment is complete, your account and mobile app will be upgraded automatically.

Which credit cards do you accept?
We are currently accepting Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and debit cards with billing addresses in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.

How do I know my payment is secure?
Your payment is processed using the latest industry security standards. All transactions are carried out within a secure payment zone. Just look for the padlock symbol at the bottom of your computer screen.

I upgraded my account from free to premium. Do I have to re-download Didiom Pro to my BlackBerry/Windows phone?
No. Once you upgrade your account, the new premium features will automatically appear on the mobile application you have already downloaded.

I have a premium account. Do I need to enter a license number into Didiom Pro?
No. Once you buy a premium subscription, we seamlessly make all premium features available to you.

How do I change my billing information?
You can change your billing information at any time by simply logging in to your account.

What happens if I cancel my premium account?
Your account will automatically revert to a free account after your monthly/annual subscription period.
