Yes. All streams are SSL (Secure Socket Layers) encrypted. The SSL system is the
most widely used system for the secure transmission of content, and is designed
to prevent eavesdropping, tampering, or message forgery. The version we use – known
as 128-bit SSL – is the standard for high-value transmissions, such as online banking
transactions.
Didiom Pro lets you stream and download audio files in the format of WMA (both DRM-free
and DRM-protected), MP3, WAV, AAC, M4A and Ogg Vorbis, as well as iTunes playlists,
and playlists in WPL, PLS and M3U formats.
Yes. Please keep in mind that DRM-protected AAC files (M4P) purchased via the iTunes
Store cannot be streamed through Didiom Pro.
No. Audiobooks in AA format purchased via Audible are DRM-protected and cannot be
streamed on Didiom Pro.
Didiom currently supports the iPhone, iPod Touch, BlackBerry, and Windows phones.

Didiom Pro iPhone Edition is only available for download from Apple’s App Store
for $9.99 a year. The mobile app has a slightly different user interface, and a
new feature that allows you to shuffle your music, podcasts, and audiobooks. Didiom
Pro for BlackBerry and Windows phones is available for download from our website,
as well as
BlackBerry App World and
Microsoft’s Windows Marketplace for Mobile. A premium
subscription can only be purchased on our website for $0.99 a month or $9.99 a year.
In addition, Didiom Pro for BlackBerry and Windows phones allows premium subscribers
to wirelessly download music from their computer to their phone for offline listening.
Yes. You can download it from

Microsoft’s Windows Marketplace for Mobile. Alternatively,
you can use your phone's internet browser to go to
m.didiom.com and simply click on your phone model. In order
to use Didiom Pro, don’t forget to download Didiom Desktop at
www.didiom.com/desktop and select the folders used to store your audio collection.
Otherwise, you will not be able to use Didiom Pro.
It depends on the restrictions your employer imposes on external domains and third
party applications. Be sure to familiarize yourself with your IT department's policies
before attempting to install Didiom Pro on your company-owned BlackBerry.
No. For the time being, you can only connect to your library from iPhone, iPod Touch,
BlackBerry, and Windows phones.
Yes. You can set up an account when you download Didiom Pro from our

on Didiom Pro iPhone Edition, or on Didiom Lite. Presently, you cannot set up a
Didiom account on your BlackBerry or Windows phone.
A free account allows you to stream up to five tracks from your library.
A premium account provides you with unlimited access to your library, as well as
premium features like higher streaming quality and access to playlists. In addition
to these premium features, Didiom Pro iPhone Edition allows you to shuffle your
music, while Didiom Pro for BlackBerry and Windows phones enables you to download
tracks from your computer to your phone wirelessly.
If your Mac allows you to run Windows using software applications like Boot Camp,
VMware or Parallels, you can use Didiom Pro to stream your iTunes library to your
phone. Didiom Pro for Mac OS X is scheduled to be released in the next few months.
